Description
Suite 500 is located in the top level of Urban West’s 5-story Class-A office building. RS Company worked closely with Urban West property management and our field team to update the suite’s grid and ceiling tile, install new light fixtures, meet code-required Title 24 seismic upgrades, and design an open-plan layout. This space is ready to accept tenant renovations and become a home base for the next great company.
