About this Project

The Emeryville Towers offers spectacular views from Emeryville’s Yacht Habor and Safe Habor, Oakland’s Outer Harbor, and all the way to the San Francisco Bay. We had the pleasure to significantly redesign suite 1260 – a remodel of an existing vacant suite- turning it into prime real estate for the next potential tenant.

What we did to successfully execute-
-Demolished existing walls, partitions and ceilings / modified existing to create an open office area and open breakroom concept.
-Installed new millwork, interior finishes, appliances, and plumbing fixtures in the breakroom along with a kaleidoscope-like mosaic tile backsplash to complement the refined ebony color cabinets.
-Painted walls throughout with a pristine and bright Snow White color to attract light in the space.
-Installed carpet throughout the suite and conference room to execute this project beautifully.
